PRECICAST Br honors its commitment to society and to the environment. Thus, it honors and respects all processes and social agents that promote the development of a sustainable future.
The company also honors and respects all the principles established on the recommendations disclaimed on Children's Declaration of Rights; Human Rights; ILO's Conventions - International Labor Organization; UN's Conventions - United Nations Organization; laws in forced in Brazil, such as its labors conventions and agreement. Among all the regulations observed, the following matters are highlighted:
- Minimum Age Convention - Forbids use of any child work - does not apply to teenage workers program, regulated by Federal law ( Convention Nº 138 - ILO );
- Forced labor Convention - Forbids use of any type of forced labor(Convention Nº 29 - ILO );
- Continuous maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for its workers;
- Discrimination Convention - inexistence of any negative discrimination or any type of harassment (Convention Nº 111 - ILO);
- Forbids use of any verbal, mental or physical abuse as disciplinary tactic;
- Weekly Rest - working hours according to the legal requirements (Convention Nº 14 - ILO);
- Minimum wage fixing - workers are compensated properly and in accordance to the sufficiency of their basic needs (Convention Nº 131 - ILO);
- Right to Organize and Collective Bargaining (Convention Nº 98 - ILO);
- Freedom of association (Convention Nº 87 - ILO);
